Welcome to Adei Add (the “App”), developed and operated by Adei Add (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Use of the App

  • Personal use: The App is primarily provided for personal and private use.
  • Commercial use: Commercial use is permitted only for affiliated partners, authorized distributors, or event organizers with a written agreement from Adei Add.
  • Minimum age: The App is intended for users aged 13 years or older. In certain jurisdictions (such as Israel), the App may be used from the age of 12, provided that parental or guardian consent has been obtained.
  • User responsibility: Each user is responsible for complying with local laws when using the App.

2. Required Permissions

To provide its features, the App may require access to:

  • Camera: to detect visual targets and generate interactive content.
  • Storage: to save photos, videos, and memories locally.
  • Microphone: to record audio when creating videos or audiovisual memories.
  • Flash/lighting control: to improve image capture in low-light environments.

Permissions are only activated when the user enables them and solely to ensure the App works as intended.

3. Data Protection and Privacy

  • No personal data collection: Adei Add does not request sign-up, passwords, or personal information for basic functionality.
  • No commercial exploitation of data: We do not sell, share, or transfer personal information.
  • User-generated content: Photos, videos, and memories created with the App remain the full property of the user.
  • Third-party processing: When we rely on service providers (hosting, cloud, email, or payment processors), these providers may handle limited technical information (logs, metrics, temporary files). We strive to select compliant and privacy-respectful providers.

If in the future we introduce features requiring personal data (such as accounts, payments, or analytics), a new policy will be published, and user consent will be explicitly requested.

4. Use of Content (Photos / Videos)

By using the App, you agree that certain images or videos generated with Adei Add may be used by us:

  • For advertising, promotional, or commercial purposes (for example, showcasing an event experience).
  • Only in a legal, respectful, and ethical manner.
  • Never in a sensitive, abusive, or degrading context.
  • For cases involving special use (such as close-ups of identifiable persons in sensitive contexts), Adei Add commits to requesting explicit authorization whenever reasonably possible.

5. Third-Party Services and Libraries

  • The App may rely on third-party services, libraries, and providers (such as hosting, SDKs, APIs, or content delivery networks) to deliver technical features.
  • For competitive reasons, we do not publicly disclose all technical details of these integrations. However, users acknowledge and consent that such services may process limited technical data required for functionality.
  • We select providers that comply with applicable laws and confidentiality standards.
  • If any provider requires a mandatory disclosure to end-users, we will add such notice without revealing additional sensitive commercial information.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The App, its design, code, trademarks, logos, and associated content belong exclusively to Adei Add.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
  • Users retain all rights over the content they generate through the App, subject to the limited rights granted to Adei Add as stated in section 4.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without express or implied warranties.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation.
  • Adei Add is not responsible for:
    • Data or content loss;
    • Device malfunction or damage;
    • Any issues arising from the use or inability to use the App.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

  • Modify, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code.
  • Use the App for fraudulent, illegal, or offensive activities.
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or inappropriate content.
  • Exploit the App in a way that could harm Adei Add, other users, or our partners.

9. Suspension and Termination

  • Adei Add reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time in case of violation of these terms, without prior notice.
  • Users may uninstall the App at any time to stop using it.
  • In cases of severe abuse, Adei Add may pursue legal action.

10. Future Changes (Payments, Accounts, Analytics)

  • The App is currently free for basic use.
  • In the future, premium features (exclusive content, prints, B2B services) may be offered. Payment, refund, and cancellation policies will then be clearly stated.
  • If user accounts or analytics are introduced, a detailed privacy policy will be published, and explicit user consent required.
